This page will hopefully give you all the information you need and make it easy to get in contact with us. ​ This colt is being trained by one of Perth's most successful and respected trainers in Jim Taylor, who's trained Group 1 winners to the likes of Winterbottom winners BARAKEY and MAGNIFISIO! ​ Our Safeguard gelding is currently spelling and will be going back into work in the next few weeks , to begin his work as a 2 Year old! He has shown enough to bring him in early to give him a chance at a 2 year old campaign. He broke in very easily and came back with glowing reports from his breaker, he's not an overly tall colt but he is very strong from front to back. How this all works You've probably read enough sales rubbish and now just want to get involved! Below I'll list out a couple of the smaller things that are included in the ownership. ​ ​ How does the monthly costs work? We have averaged out the costs of horse ownership including Trainers fees, Agistment, Vet bills, Farrier, Dental and our management fee.. In fact the only extra costs you should get (and you want these ones) is if we get nominated in a listed or need to travel to a big race. This money all goes into the "Syndicate Kitty" and as the costs come up our bills are paid. At the end of the horses career, if all bills are paid. The excess money is refunded in full back to the owners at your percentage. This also keeps it easy for our trainers, vets and agistment centres, they send 1 bill, get paid on time and everyone is happy! ​ Communications: You will receive constant updates on your racehorse as it happens, we have excellent access to the trainers, horses, jockeys, stable staff and media. We will keep you informed along the way with videos, audio files and write ups. We use software including Prism, which sends you updates via its smartphone app or email and is super handy to keep all your horses in one place. We will get you signed up to these in weeks to come, to help you get access directly at your fingertips. ​ What's included as a owner? You get full owner privileges at each venue your horse is racing.
